Whether you are a group of 12 out for a day of golf or an organization putting together a fundraiser for 144, Cary Country Club wants to host your event. Our friendly, experienced staff will be focused on making the day an enjoyable time for all involved. Over the last 80 years we have had the pleasure of serving many groups from the Chicago land area, let us put our expertise to work helping make your event a success.

Your event will include: -18 holes of play on our beautifully manicured course - Skirted registration and award tables - Contest Markers - Personalized scorecards and cart signs - Fully staffed bag drop -Beverage Cart Service - Participant concierge service, assuring your satisfaction - Sponsor sign distribution -Shotgun starts for groups with over 80 participants

Optional services include:

-CCC Pro-shop gift certificates for prizes

-Photographs of participant foursomes along with a disk of all photo’s for the organizer

-Staffing of Event contests

Food Service Options

The full service Restaurant at Cary Country Club awaits your group both before and after the round with its friendly staff and unlimited dining options. Unlike most golf courses, all of our food is prepared on site, allowing us to customize the food service to your specific needs if desired.   Buffet menus, hors D’Oeuvres selections, lunch buffets, along with hotdog, chip and drink tickets are just a few of the options available to your participants. Sit-down dinner service is also an option.


Getting Started

Outing golf prices are determined by many factors including size of your group, time of year, and day of the week, as a result we quote our events on an individual basis. Food service possibilities are customized to the individual outing and can vary from a hot dog ticket to a sit down prime rib dinner depending on your needs and budget.
