Wedding package includes 6-hour room rental, standard linen, 3 hours of open bar (standard liquor).  1 hour of open bar during the cocktail hour and 2 hours of open bar following dinner.  Hors D’oeuvres, house salad, champagne toast, entrée, rolls and butter, coffee or tea served with dinner

Hors D’oeuvres

Cocktail Meatballs, Sesame Chicken Breasts, Rumaki Teriyaki, Spinach Cheese in Phyllo, Mini Quiche, Ham and Swiss Cheese Puffs, Mexican Lasagna, Hot wings, Oriental Half Moons

(Please choose 3 hot and you will also receive a cheese tray and vegetable tray)

Salad

Crisp Green salad, served with House Dressing (Poppy Seed) Or Caesar Salad

 

Choice of Entrée

Double Entrée:  Medallions of Beef with Bordelaise Sauce coupled with a Boneless Breast of Macadamia Chicken  ( extra charge for this double entrée)

Double Entrée:  Medallions of Beef with Bordelaise Sauce coupled with a Grilled Salmon Filet with either Béarnaise Sauce or Lemon/Lime Butter  ( extra charge for this double entrée)

Single Entree

Roast Prime Rib of Beef, au jus served with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Boneless Breast of Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Stuffed Chicken Breast, with choice of either Crab or Spinach and topped with Mornay Sauce
